In the mouth, it is ample, round and full-bodied.

Maturation in steel vats for approx. 7 months, 5 of which on fine lees.

Excellent as an aperitif, with appetisers and fish dishes.
Service
Serve at a temperature of 10-12° C. Uncork at the moment.
