Features

Brilliant straw yellow colour. Fragrant and intense bouquet with sensations of yellow fruit (apricot, pineapple) In the mouth it is elegant and velvety with excellent structure and persistence.

”Tenuta Monte Corno”.

Grapes

90% Chardonnay 10%Pinot Grigio.

Harvest

Last ten days of August in the early morning hours.

Vinification

Soft pressing and selection of musts for Cuveé. Fermentation at low temperature for 20 days.

Maturation

Maturation in steel. Addition of Liquer de Tirage and bottling. Second fermentation in the bottle and ageing for 15 to 24 months. Followed by Remuage, Degogement and addition of ‘Liquer d’expedition’.

Gradation

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol. – Acidity: 7g/Lt. (approx.).

Pairings

Excellent with aperitifs and appetisers, it goes well with first and second courses of fish or vegetarian dishes.

Service

Serve at a temperature of 6-8°.
