Light straw yellow colour with greenish highlights, brilliant; fresh, delicate bouquet with hints of vine flowers, cherry and elderflower. Pleasantly aromatic and balanced.

Monte Forte d’Alpone.

Grapes

100% Garganega.

Harvest

Manual harvest in mid-September.

Vinification

Destemming and pressing of the grapes. Selection of the free-run juice and temperature-controlled fermentation (14-16°C) in steel tanks.

Maturation

Ageing of the wine in steel tanks in contact with the finest and noblest lees for a variable period. In the spring following the harvest, the wine is bottled and put on the market, after resting in the bottle for at least one month.

Gradation

The alcohol content is 12% Vol.

Pairings

At the table it goes well with soups, vegetable-based first courses such as asparagus, peas, courgettes, eggs, sea and lake fish. Pleasant as an aperitif with simple garnishes.

Service

Serve at a temperature of 10-12° C. Uncork at the moment.

0.75 l bottle.
