Features
An intense ruby-red wine with aromas of underbrush, sour cherries and plums; on the palate, it has a robust and complex body that stimulates the olfactory sensations.

“Mandolari”, “Bosco”, “Tondin”, “Ronchiel”, “La Costa”.
Grapes
Corvina 60%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella 10%, Molinara 7%, Oseleta 3%.
Harvest
Manual harvest (first ten days of October).
Vinification
A wine made using the ‘Ripasso’ method, this process consists of re-fermenting Valpolicella Classico on the marc of Amarone and Recioto to acquire additional aromas, colour and body.
Maturation
Matured in 26 hl oak barrels for approx. 18-20 months, followed by a further 6 months in the bottle.
Gradation
The alcohol content is 14% Vol.
Pairings
It goes wonderfully with savoury dishes, grilled mixed meats, roasts and medium-aged cheeses.
Service
Serve at a temperature of 18°. Uncork at least one hour before serving.
Format
0.75 l bottle.
