Brilliant ruby red colour, intense fragrant and very fruity aroma. Dry and harmonious taste.

“Ronchiel” and “La Costa”.

Grapes

Corvina 60%, Corvinone 20% , Rondinella 10%, Molinara 7%, Oseleta 3%.

Harvest

Manual harvest (first ten days of October).

Vinification

In stainless steel tanks with 12 days of maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature.

Maturation

Maturation for a minimum of 3-4 months in bottle

Gradation

The alcohol content is 12.5% vol.

Pairings

It goes well with a variety of accompaniments, from cured meats and local pork products, to pasta, rice and risotto dishes, especially vegetable soups, tripe in broth or alla parmigiana, to white meat main courses.

Service

Serve at a temperature of 16°-18°. Uncork at least one hour before serving.
